He has been awarded by the Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh Industry association (BBNIA) in July 2019 for his exceptional services in playing a key role to provide Tax Holiday u/s 80-IC for substantial expansion to the Himachal industry through a review petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
He has varied experience in all areas of Audit, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters and Management Consultancy. Vast Knowledge in Direct Taxation matters and handling the taxation matters till higher appellate authorities. Successfully handled the Special audit assignments u/s 142(2A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

With more than 18 years of extensive experience in legal practice, he is member of the Bar Council of Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.
He is well versed in completing the formalities of various documentation as required for the approvals from the government department like Department of Industry, Pollution Department, and Electricity Department in Himachal Pradesh and highly proficient in securing the said approvals.
He has significant expertise in handling GST work and also, serves as the honorary Tax Convener for Laghu Udyog Sangh, Baddi, H.P.
Senior Manager
He is having a vast work experience of nearly 2 decades in the field of accounting, drafting and finalisation of Balance sheets , Audit Reports, Income Tax Returns. Proficiency in operating the various accounting softwares including Tally Prime, Computax etc.
He is handling all the TDS/TCS related matters and filing the TDS and TCS returns for the past 18 years.
Moreover, he is having the great administrative capabilities and manages the overall administrative affairs of our office.
